3. Management Workshop with Outdoor Activity

Intensifying of the "airborne"-Methods through active participation in demonstration flights

Three-day Workshop
with lectures, Workshop part and group work
each 09:00 a.m.-17:30 p.m., flight day ca. 08:00 a.m.-16:30 p.m.

Including:

  • Catering during breaks (coffee, softdrinks and snacks)

  • Lunch in the conference hotel or at the airport

  • Work documents with subsequent photographic documentation

  • Trainings-/Demonstration flight (optional, not obligatory - fees contained in Workshop costs).

Before the flight the course meets for briefing.

We fly in several small groups.

In the meantime the on-ground remaining teams work on further case studies under the instruction of our employees. Furtheron appropriate instructional films are shown.

After having finished the flights the course meets for debriefing (final discussion) and exchange of experiences.
